how long will an open jar of tomato sauce last in the fridge?

I side with 1 week as well, tops. I will usually freeze tomato sauce rather than keeping it open in the fridge...

i'd agree that it lasts about a week (tops!) -- even if you can't see mold growing, it doesn't mean it isn't there. if you want to keep it longer, freeze it!

up to 2 weeks.. assuming you've used dry spoons to ladle it out whenever its being used and not messed with it using your bare hands

I'd give it 7 days if you have a nice cold fridge.
