I'd sub the pork for the ham, and scale everything else down to about 3/5 of what the recipe calls for (within reason, of course!)

added about 2 years agoProbably, texture may not be as good once frozen, though.
You can freeze rice - the trick to getting the texture back is to re-steam it in the microwave or stovetop with a little water or broth to help get the moisture back. Good luck!
