Too late for this time.
But if the spring-bottom pan has no empty center to lodge on a wine bottle, turn it upside down on a metal cookie rack or grill pan...for the air underneath.

Turn it upside down and set the opening of the funnel in the middle over a bottle. A wine bottle works well.
