Is low fat yogurt ok to use for cultured butter?

Is it ok to use low-fat Icelandic yogurt for making cultured butter? Ingredients are milk and live active cultures.

Hi! Low-fat yogurt should work in place of the whole-milk yogurt called for. (I usually culture cream with low-fat buttermilk, so they would act similarly.)
