Stuffed mushrooms refrigeration

I made (turkey) sausage based stuffed mushrooms and, in the end, didn’t use them as planned. Are they still safe to bake off 24 hours later. Nervous about the porous mushroom and raw poultry situation...

If you kept them refrigerated right away I think they'll be ok within 24 hours. I'm basing this on the fact that I have seen uncooked stuffed mushrooms sold in the butcher's section of the grocery store that are probably a day old.
