Is the lemon juice listed twice by accident?

1/4 cup of lemon juice is listed for both the cake and the syrup, but there isn’t any mention of the lemon juice in the directions for the cake part. Is there supposed to be lemon juice in the cake too, or just the 1/4 cup in the syrup?
