Would there be a good alternative to the egg in the filling that you would recommend?

Hi! I haven't tried an egg alternative in this particular recipe, but I imagine that would work since fudginess (not fluffiness) is the goal here. Some more info on egg substitutes here: https://food52.com/blog/24554-best-egg-substitutes
