A question about Louisa's cake: do you think this freezes well? Thanks

I second the opinion that it should freeze well. It is basically a type of pound cake, and those freeze nicely. If well wrapped, they will keep at least three months with no ill effects.

The fruit also helps, as moisture is typically the factor that most affects the suitability of a cake, or any baked good, for freezing. ;o)

I haven't done so, but based on other cakes I've made that are similar, I'm sure this one will do well. Don't wait too long after baking the cake, and wrap it quite tightly first in plastic wrap and then in freezer paper. ;o)
