How can I preserve unbaked but ready pie y piie

If your pie is unbaked, and simply ready to be put in the oven- then cover it and put it in the refrigerator. The filling will congeal, so it will take a little longer to bake done when you are ready, but it will stay fine for a couple days if you keep it cold. You could also freeze it, if need be, and then bake from frozen without the need to thaw the pie first. Again, it will take much longer to cook, but you can save the pie.
