Chinese chicken & broccoli instead of beef and broccoli

Question

I’m going to make Chinese chicken with broccoli. I don’t have beef. Would it be crazy to serve with fried rice(w carrot snd peas) or do I stick with plain white rice?

Oh I think fried rice would be perfectly fine!  Really, you can serve it however it tastes good to you - but fried rice doesn’t seem crazy at all.
