What should I do with excess milk and eggs?

Made a big quiche but doubled the milk and eggs by accident so I have 3 c 2% milk blended with 4 whole eggs in the fridge- I dont want another quiche so Im thinking a pudding of some kind? Any ideas welcome!

Pudding - whatever fruits, nuts, chocolates or caramel you like or have on hand or can easily get.
Or a vegetable frittata.
Or French toast.
