i'm in love with these cookies and they're so easy to make. i think they would work - thoughts anyone?

I'm sure any broken cookie pieces would make a fine ice cream topping.You could even consider (*gasp*) breaking a couple of whole cookies for toppings if you didn't have any pieces.Best of luck.
