Recipe disappeared after editing

Posting this here as I cannot find anything in the FAQs. After I made an edit to one of my recipes and hitting Publish, the recipe disappeared. Thankfully I did not loose it as I still had the recipe open in another window and took a screenshot but this is odd, there is not even the option to delete a recipe.
