How far in advance can I make this recipe?

Not sure how to store it and reheat it once it’s made.

Hi LG, great Q! You can make this pie a few days in advance. It should keep well, loosely covered, in the fridge for up to two days.

To reheat, here's some advice direct from our CEO and Co-Founder, Amanda Hesser: Heat your oven to 200 degrees, set the pie on a baking sheet and place in the oven until warmed through. If the pie was in the fridge it may take 20 minutes or more. If it was at room temperature, then probably 10 to 20 minutes. You want it warm, not hot.

That's really interesting! I'd never think to do this because every custard pie I've ever made has started to "weep" a bit on Day 2. ;o)
