High end butcher shops also sell it. Ask for "leaf lard" and expect to pay a pretty penny for it (knowing it will be worth it!). ;o)

I have purchased leaf lard at my farmers market, and I have made cookies with duck fat!

I also think you could use butter rather than lard for these cookies.
