Sorry to hear that. How frustrating. Tell us more about the recipe for those French crab croquettes, and the ingredients you used, please. It sounds like there was just too much moisture - possibly from the crab, if you bought pre-picked (?) crabmeat. Or maybe a simple mistake in the recipe itself . . . . ;o)
