About how long do you need to toast the rice for?

The instructions say to toast the rice until it takes on a certain color. That makes sense because the actual time could vary depending on the color/thickness of your cookie sheet, where in the oven you've put the cookie sheet (top v bottom rack), variations in oven temperature, etc. ;o)
