Can I replace a chicken breast with a chicken thighs in a recipe? Thank you.

Chicken thighs will work well in recipes that have some liquid (a braise, stew or soup).
They will not work (or work less well) where a chicken breast was used to make a cutlet, schnitzel or something stuffed.

It depends on the recipe. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes not so well. Occasionally it won't work.

And if it can be done, most likely the cooking time will need to be adjusted.
