Roast a skinless turkey breast??

Question

My husband picked up the turkey breast I ordered to roast for Thanksgiving and the butcher removed the skin!!!  What can I do?

I haven’t done it, the reliable recipes I’ve read sound good.

Do a web search and pick the one whose fat and flavouring you like (for ex, butter and garlic).

Needs low medium oven temp (325F). And about 90 minutes average time. Also good to have and use a nest thermometer.
