Yay or Nay - Ice Cream Pairing Suggestion
Would adding some type of citrus flavor (thinking of orange) pair well with butter pecan ice cream? So the final dish would be an Orange Butterpecan Ice Cream.

For my two cents' worth, I think the flavor might work but the acid in orange juice might not work with the cream.
If you decide to go ahead, I would consider some sort of distilled orange flavoring for your test batches. Extract, liqueur, orange flower water - depending on what you like and what's available near you.
