Monsoon food

any suggestion for monsoon food?

Pickles. Like a quick pickled cucumber with salt, vinegar, a touch of sugar and ginger.
A high heat type seasonal dish....curries..chutney.
Fruit with salt.
Fish steamed or fried with a sauce of parsley, lemon, garlic, red pepper flakes.
Gin and tonics or Pimms cup#1 with ginger ale, or simple soda water with cucumber garnish.
Rice paper wrap up with basil, mint, and a coconut curry meat/fish element.
Coconut rice with lemon grass.
Salad with lime juice, oil, salt, steamed fish bits and rice noodles.
