With big expensive machines! http://www.ayimpex.com... I prefer unhulled sesame seeds.

Even trhough they are a bit grey in color their flavor is just as delicious.
They are also many times more nutritious with the hull. per 1/4 C. the difference in the USRDA calcium and Iron go from 5% and 6% to 30% and 35 % respectively. don't shed the good stuff.
