Urgent! A question about a recipe: Curried Summer Squash Soup

I have a question about the ingredient "dried fenugreek leaves, stems picked out" on the recipe "Curried Summer Squash Soup" from Jeters.

What is dried fenugreek leaves? What does it taste like? I'm having a difficult time finding it locally, amazon has it though!

A health food store that has a decent bulk bin/jar section should put you in luck. It's flavor is very distinctive, so it's worth tracking down, and you'll soon start thinking of other ways to use it. Love your photo!
