Anyone have a good dry rub recipe?
For chicken, pork or beef?
I have combined the following ingredients and used it as a spicy seasoning for many recipes… Versatile! We especially like it for ribs.
Just incorporate the following ingredients and store in a jar; this rub has a long shelf life.
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chili powder
3 tablespoons smoked paprika
3 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon toasted onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
**optional – cayenne pepper if you like heat
