🔎

Two ingredients:

First, I would love to find Korean bell pepper threads Shilgochu, or shile kochu, for pickling, actually. Where can I find them? My three Asian grocers do not carry these. Also they no longer carry lime leaf! So second, is there a good source to order maybe dry lime leaf? Thanks

I found a source at the savory spice shop.

And I just learned that there is a ban right now on kaffir lime leaves in the states at least.

One year I stuck in an entire kaffir lime tree, just for the leaves. You can do this even in a container situation.
