No. 67 has been described as a “Renoir you drink” -- and we see it with every cup. Golden chamomile flowers from Egypt meet hyssop, rooibos, rose petals, and linden flowers. Meanwhile, the No. 39, the Fez, blends rare green spring harvested tea from China with sharp, aromatic spearmint.
Sourced from Steven Smith Teamaker: Steven Smith draws his inspiration for tea from several far-flung places: the perfumers of Paris, the fine chocolatiers of Provence. Using his antique silver tasting spoon found in Tinsukia, India, he crafts and perfects small batch teas in his Portland atelier. Everyone on his team shares a passion for fresh, artisanal tea that’ll make you think about the simple drink differently.
All teas have a shelf life of 18 months, and all sachets are completely compostable. For the Meadow tea, bring water to a boil, pour 8 oz. of water to one sachet, and let it steep for 5 minutes. For the Fez tea, bring water to a boil, and let it cool to 185 degrees F. Pour 8 oz. of water to one sachet, and let it steep for 3 minutes.
