Makes 1 pint
- 1 horseradish root 1
- 1 ounce apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 can baby beets
- Peel root.grate,mix one ounce apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon sugar real well and add to the grated root. add baby beets and enough beet juice to color.
