What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 11/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp extra for dissolving the saffron
  • 3 tablespoons Ghee and some extra for greasing the dish
  • 1 teaspoon Saffron
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Directions

Once cooked, remove the mixture in a greased dish or baking tray and let it cool.

Tried this, the first thing milk curdled and the proportions are off - all purpose floor, milk and the oragne pulp mixed together does not add up to the expected texture of famous Nagpur's Orange burfi

Are you SURE that milk needs to be heated up with orange pulp in it?! It will certainly CURDLE. It won't reduce.
