Author Notes

A refreshingly gorgeous cocktail with muddled pomegranate seeds, vodka, Campari and orange juice. Campari has a very distinctive flavour so add to taste. Blood orange juice would also work really well. —Lucy {Supergolden Bakes}

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 2 ounces fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 2 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 ounces Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka
  • 1/2-1 ounces Campari
  • 1/2 tablespoon Grenadine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon (if you like it a bit sharp)
Directions
  1. Put the pomegranate seeds in your shaker and muddle them with a muddler or the end of a clean rolling pin. Try to get as much juice out as possible.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and half fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and serve.
