Serves 4
- 4 persian cucumbers
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- sesame seeds, mince veg, or herbs
- wash cucumbers and dry
- cut cucumbers in 1" slice
- top each with 1/2 t. cream cheese
- sprinkle with colorful herbs or vegetables
