Creamy Ratatouille

Author Notes: This recipe is my adaption of one that I've had for a long while (God knows where it came from originally). I like to use my favorite Brandywine heirloom tomatoes for their yummy tomato flavor with just a hint of Brandywine taste. The really unique thing about my recipe is the final finishing touch of adding cream cheese! That takes my recipe to a whole new world of goodness. Please give it a try, won't you! Grandmereb
