I learned how to make this when I found a cow brain on the road. I like to use everything so I had to do it. It turned out yummy, but they say eating brain makes you crazy. It does. —Jeffsayyes

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
  1. cut up brain
  2. heat olive oil
  3. stir in brain

I agree, neither helpful nor funny. I have eaten brain dishes, all over the world (except in the USA, where I don't seem to be able to find a recipe. The best brains dish I have ever tasted was "Brains Masala" several years ago in Riyadh, KSA
