What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Grated mango 3 cup
  • Sesame oil ½ cup
  • Dates (Pitted and Halved ) ¼ cup
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Slices Ginger 2 tsp
  • Sliced garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • To be ground
  • Kashmir dry red chilies 15 (Seeds removed)
  • Garlic pod 6
  • Husked mustered ¼ cup
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
Directions
  1. Mix Grated mango and salt In A flat vessel . Keep it over night
  2. Next day keep the salted mangoes in sunlight till liquid just dries up
  3. Heat oil fry the sliced ginger and garlic and put into the mango.
  4. Put the ground chili paste in the remaining oil fry for few minute..
  5. Put the mango, sugar ,Dates vinegar
  6. Allow to boil once .Remove from heat
  7. Allow to boil once .Remove from heat
  8. When it cool store in glass jars
