You already know the basic principles of hosting Easter brunch, but if you're looking to elevate things, these links have you covered. We're talking jam-filled donut muffins, hot cross buns, roast rack of lamb, and -- since no Easter celebration is complete without them -- coconut cakes topped with Peeps. Read on for more inspiration!

My favorite Easter brunch recipe were these lovely bannock breads. Just as good when it's not Easter of course! http://tlt-thelittlethings.com/2014/04/02/bannock-bread/

I was quite unhappy when I went to http://www.thevintagemixer.com/2014/04/easter-donut-muffins/ and suddenly some video ad for NetFlix started playing automatically, WITH AUDIO. However good a site may be, there is no excuse for that, and I won't be going back there.

Are you folks aware that the doughnut muffin pic is actually a betty Crocker pic (and recipe) which the blogger links to?

Hi, ATG117! Becky (from Vintage Mixer) developed that delicious recipe as a "Betty Blogger" for Betty Crocker. We always like to link back to the original source, so that's why we included Becky's site. It's her recipe!
