After a fun (but exhausting) Summer of family travel, I'm excited to re-join my friends here at Food52 for another fabulous season of cooking. Looks like we're off to a deliciously colorful start.

Yes, we want to stick to one color (because we were concerned that if we went with all 3, it could mean a flood of entries).

I just brought home the most gorgeous gypsy peppers....red, orange and green...all three stages of ripening.
