Thank you sallycan for such a nice critique...I am in Greece for another week ...eating plenty of peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes everyday! ( Internet cafe once a week). Back in my own kitchen in a week.

happy to have had a recipe to test and to have a recipe chosen as an editor's pick... also all the red peppers have been providing nutritious food for my family, making it easier to get to the elusive five a day goal

Thirschfeld can upload his photo on your recipe page where it says "Add photo" under the main image -- and we encourage any food52er to do so, with any recipe they've made and photographed!
