It sounds fun! I have eaten a few paella with uncooked rice. Will be a challenge to give it a try.

OK this is SUCH kismet because I was literally JUST YESTERDAY thinking about paella and starting to build one in my head while on my morning run ... and yes, I cook in my mind while running off the day before's cooking - can you say obsessed?

I can't wait to see the entries. I'm a huge paella fan and there are so many bad paellas to be had. But when you taste a good one...oh my.

And I'm so looking forward to seeing what you and the other experts here will be presenting . . . this is another contest I'll just be watching. So much to learn! My boys, who both lived in Spain, will appreciate this, to be sure. ;o)

I'll be a bystander with you AntoniaJames! This is one that requires having tasted a good one and I am not sure I have yet to do that.
