This week, refresh the basics of toast-burning with this vintage video of Amanda and Merrill. No one can get a char quite like they can—and no one loves burnt toast more (fun fact interlude: Food52 was almost named Burnt Toast; instead, our podcast got that title)—but thanks to this video, we can at least try.
