In the contest description we said it should be "thickened with egg, cornstarch, tapioca, or gelatin; boiled or baked -- but hold off on any bread, rice and steamed puddings for now." So no rice, and I'd say no bread either. We're thinking of custard-y puddings. Thanks for asking!

I'm going with mrslarkin's lemon posset. But I love pudding and it's hard to find a good recipe. Can't wait!

Great theme! I admit I was hoping for something less calorie dense after fondue week. My waistline is sure to grow an inch!
