Both sweet and savory recipes are welcome! Our only requirement is that carrots be a star ingredient, not some mirepoix tagalong.

mirepoix called all upset and it has taken hours to calm it down. No fun wiping those brothy tears. Says it works just as hard as the carrot and can't believe you called it a third wheel.

True...but it's much easier to make lower cal dishes when your subject is carrot, rather than pudding or fondue!
