Rohit Mitter

Rohit Mitter is a New York City banker with another life as a self-taught cook, inspired in part by his mother's excellent cooking. He gets his inspiration from eating out and keeping up on the NY Times Dining section, among other food publications. He says he loves to feed others, which is evidenced by crowd-pleasers like Fresh Fig Jam Flatbread with Roasted Figs, Prosciutto, Manchego and Arugula (pictured above) Parsnip Fries and Lamb Flatbread. Check out Rohit's profile and fan him here.
