I make this recipe literally once per week. My 1 year old and 4 year old both love it and it reheats nicely for lunch. I've done variations by using a cast iron skillet or adding broccoli to it as well and letting it steam while the salmon cooks.

Kerry that would work quite nicely with chicken or another fish as well.
