This week's contest for Your Best Chocolate Cookie is a special one: the winning cookie will be featured at the after-party for the upcoming Brooklyn Chocolate Experiment on Sunday, November 15th in Brooklyn, NY. At the Experiment, amateur chefs will compete by creating their most delicious chocolate-based dishes -- ranging from sweet to savory to chocolate beverages. The audience, along with a panel of judges (among them Bon Appetit's Andrew Knowlton, ice cream guru Ben Van Leeuwen, and yours truly) pick their favorites. Prizes and cash will be given to the winner.
