Instagram, ever heard of it? The photo sharing app that’s helped make our thumbs our strongest digit just released this year’s statistics. It's gathered its Year in Review data, assembled the lists, and given us more than we ever wanted to know about 2017’s most popular posts, places, and profiles. And because I love a good end-of-year listicle, I present to you some of Instagram’s most photographed and geotagged cities and restaurants. Some of them may surprise you. Others, most definitely, will not. Before you get started, why not check out this video made by Sabeena Karnik (@sabeenu), an Indian paper artist, to celebrate the end of this year.
