What: The Brooklyn Chocolate Experiment. We're partnering with Theo Peck and Nick Suarez to host this cookoff for the best chocolate recipes (savory, sweet, even drinks). There will be cash, prizes and lots to eat.

Who: A&M will be guests judges, along with Ben Van Leeuwen (Van Leeuwen ice cream), Nick Fauchald (Tasting Table), Richard Muszynskia (Ricard Chocolate) and Andrew Knowlton (Bon Appetit).
Why: Yesterday we announced the cookie finalists, Double Chocolate Espresso Cookies by KelseyTheNaptimeChef and Salted Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies by Food Blogga, and as usual, you decide who wins. This week's winner will also be featured at the after-party for The Brooklyn Chocolate Experiment.
