Meet Your Two New Favorite Grilling Recipes

And then there were two.

A couple weeks ago, we told you all about our grilling contest’s top five recipes. (We absolutely love grilling—we just wrote a whole book about it!) Though our five recipe finalists used the same appliance, they could hardly be more different: a veggie pasta and steak sandwich, blueberry BBQ-sauced chicken and miso ginger pork skewers, even a coconutty dessert.

We shouted their praises from the rooftops (or, our eighth-floor office, same thing), then told you, our community, to test away, while we re-tested again and again. So, after lots of cooking and eating, reading and reviewing, talking and talking, we’ve narrowed it to down to our two finalists.
