Hi, dialing 911 from Italy, calling urgently Amanda and Merril - what do you mean by broiled steak? Is it grilled in the oven grill or grilled on the stove top? Sorry for my lacl of american terms knowledge!

Perfect timing, Amanda and Merrill! I have a catering contract (my first!) in January and decided a week ago to have polenta as part of the menu. I'm looking forward to seeing (and trying) the entries and developing something this week around what I have in mind.
