Oh my god...You tried my opakapaka! I love the fish for flavor...but believe me I am not going to be shy about feeling up fish from now on to make sure that they are cleaned and gutted. Thanks...I am honored to be in such creative company.

I, too, am so pleased and honored to be included with so many wonderful recipes and cooks. And I couldn't agree more, food52 never fails to impress or inspire. The quality and creativity of the recipes, the friendly home cooks and the beautiful photos all add up to a terrific community.
