Thank you for adding Arugula Lasagna to your Editors' Picks! I'm really new to your site, and already have found so many great recipes! This is a wonderful idea, and you all do such a good job! I love the videos that show the preparation of the dishes. I look forward to checking out the new recipes every day!

I absolutely agree, and I joined in only about 1/3 of the way through the project. I would even welcome a second round of "nose to tail" because I don't think we've yet done justice to all of those inner parts. But I'm taking away some great ideas from other cooks.
