Loves Food Loves to Eat is a technology marketing professional and food blogger living in Seattle who finds cooking inspiration in anything from a college cookie exchange to vampire movies. She writes with an exuberance about cooking and experimenting, both in her own creations (like Orange Spice Russian Tea Cakes and ArtiChicken Stock) and in her versions of favorite dishes in her mom's repertoire (like Mel's Bean Pie and Three Cheese Monte Cristos). Her recipes are also dotted with insights into the Pacific Northwest's food culture, including local points of pride like huckleberries, JoJos and the elusive October farmers' market tomato.
